All rates are based on weekly training committments.
12hrs notice required for cancellations or charges apply, this simply allows me time to offer that spot to another client so no one misses out.
$50 - 1 session/week
$80 - 2 sessions/week
$110 - 3 sessions/week
$140 - 4 sessions/week
$160 - 5 sessions/week
$180 - 6 sessions/week
Split the cost with a partner or friend if you wish, get results together. For example, buy the 6 sessions pack and do 3 sessions each per week for $90 each
All training gear is provided, just bring along a towel and some water and be sure to wear some comfy clothes.
